2-4 ounces smoked salmon
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
a sprinkling of toasted pine nuts or almonds and feta cheese
Use your choice of dressing. Toss the spinach in your choices of dressing. Layer salmon, strawberries, nuts, and feta on top.
